Bell Choir Director

St. Matthew's Lutheran Church is seeking a passionate and skilled Bell Choir Director to lead our dedicated group of musicians. As the Bell Choir Director, you will be responsible for directing rehearsals and performances, fostering a spirit of collaboration and musical growth within the ensemble. This position only requires one rehearsal per week and one service per month during the academic year. 

Position Details:

• Pay: $300 per month
• Rehearsals: Tuesdays from 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM
• Performance: Play one service per month

Qualifications:

• Experience directing bell choirs or similar musical ensembles
• Ability to work with and inspire a small group of musicians
• A passion for fostering a welcoming, supportive, and spiritual environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
