Head Choir Director

Sotomayor is our newest HS in the district with a growing choral program that has achieved success at both UIL and TMEA events/competitions. This campus features seven ensembles including a varsity mixed choir that rehearses once a week after school and a zero hour ensemble that meets daily before school. The ideal candidate for this position excels in student recruitment and retention, demonstrates the ability to work together with their vertical alignment cluster, is deeply versed in vocal pedagogy, and has a passion for collaboration.
