Ector County ISD is seeking an outstanding and motivated Assistant Choir Director to join the highly respected choir program at Permian High School for the 2026–2027 school year.

This is an exciting opportunity to work within one of the leading 6A choral programs in Region/Area A, alongside an experienced and dynamic head director, Laurie Wash. The Permian Choir program is known for its strong tradition of excellence, consistent achievement, and commitment to student growth.

We are looking for a skilled educator with demonstrated success leading ensembles, and a particular strength in working with male voices. Candidates with private voice lesson experience will be especially competitive.
